Karen Gage

KidvoKit was inspired by Karen’s own journey as a parent of a wonderful, smart, creative child who struggled to learn to read and write. She was also an executive in the education technology industry at market leaders such as Blackboard, WebCT, and Pearson and most recently as cofounder at Listenwise. KidvoKit is the fusion of her ed tech roots and the deeply personal realm of special education parenting.

Create your advisor account.

Sign Up for your advisor account to get the ball rolling.

Invite clients to share their records through KidvoKit.

You will send an email invite to the parent from your KidvoKit account. It’s also a good idea to let them know in advance to expect it.

Parent creates account and sets up Paper Trail.

Parent will sign up and be prompted to create their Paper Trail by setting up their Gmail sync. KidvoKit will look for all emails and attachments from key contacts the parent identifies and build the binder automatically. Frequently Asked Questions about how the Paper Trail works.

Access clients' documents from your own dashboard.

Access the latest documents from your dashboard. KidvoKit keeps the paper trails updated automatically so you have the latest, whether it’s the initial records review or a six months down the road.

Disconnect at the end of engagement.

When you finish working together you simply disconnect from the parent’s paper trail. They still have their advocacy-ready paper trail and you don’t have any documents to destroy.
